IT EXCELLENCE AWARD
Each year MISA likes to take this opportunity to recognize those IT projects that have made a difference to the State of Michigan and its residents. It is these types of innovations that help keep Michigan at the forefront of technology.
Nomination Requirements
- Any individual or team who has led or finished an IT project within the Government (State, County, Local, or Municipal), Non-Profit, or Education areas in Michigan can be nominated.
- The project should be of a major scope and impact and have provided a substantial enhancement or improvement to the organization.
- To avoid any possible conflict of interest, current MISA Officers, Board Members, and Awards Committee members are not eligible.
- Nominations for individual and team projects are available.
- Projects must have been completed within the prior calendar year.
This year, applications will be accepted until August 4, 2025 (must be received no later than 11:59 PM). Any application received after the stated deadline will not be considered. The awards ceremony will be held in November at our annual fall conference.
